We do not need a new form of conservatism but instead an reinvention of the left wing. For more than one gen we have been under the influence of conservatism  against which there is hardly any serious competition. With the economic crash and massive inequality, there needs to be an upsurge of left wing populism and yet a few of the most energized populists in the US and also in Europe are sadly on the right wing./  4pt 

Like with Syrzia in Greece who are merely throwbacks to an bygone and exhausted left that will sooner rather than later have to meet the dire economic situations of their societies head on. We have to create a let than can stem the loss of the rich sphere bourgeois jobs and incomes via the forms of redistribution which does not betray economic growth 4pt
